- Shipping costs extra, set by the total value of the cards in one request: US$20 under US$10, US$15 from US$10, US$10 from US$30 and free from US$100, plus a surcharge outside the US. Import duties may apply.
- Request shipping within 10 days of pulling a card, or DOPA converts it to points.
