DOPA Chinese Site Review: 1,000pt With Code ENKHCE, and What Your First Top-Up Buys

Open DOPA's Chinese-language invite page, sign up with code ENKHCE, verify your phone number and make your first point top-up. Any amount counts. DOPA then adds 1,000pt to your account, and its help centre values 1,000pt at US$10.

ENKHCE is our code, so when your first top-up goes through, DOPA gives us 1,000pt too. New-user and invite rewards are once per person, and DOPA links accounts by device, payment method, phone number and invite history. At most two accounts per shipping address can receive them; anyone else at that address can still play, without the new-user offers.

DOPA, run by sinsa Inc., has two front doors: an English site for global users and this Chinese site, labelled for Hong Kong and Taiwan, with a switch to Simplified Chinese. The Chinese site adds WeChat Pay to card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, lists shipping fees in points and carries extra help articles in Chinese on return rates and card values.

DOPA allows one account per person, so choose one site and one invite. The English site has its own invite, which we cover in a separate review. If a translated policy ever disagrees with the English terms, the English version controls.

DOPA bills every payment in US dollars and your card issuer converts it, so check your card's foreign-currency fee. 100pt is US$1. On 24 October 2026 the Chinese home page listed packs from 50pt to 100,000pt a pull, plus a limited-time pack for new members.

If your first top-up is US$10 (1,000pt), the reward doubles it to 2,000pt: enough for forty pulls of a 50pt pack or one pull of a 1,300pt pack. DOPA's seven-step rank system adds bonus points to later top-ups as your total spend grows. Treat that as a discount on spending you had already planned, not a reason to spend more.

Each pack shows the odds for its prizes, a total return rate and, on some packs, a minimum return per pull. The total return rate is the point value of every card in the pack divided by the points needed to buy out the whole pack, times 100: an average across the pack, not what one pull pays back. Odds such as 1/30 mean one prize in 30 is that item, so a pack of 3,000 prizes holds 100 of them.

Two details change how you read those numbers. They describe the pack on the day it went on sale, so they drift as other users pull. And the point value printed on each card is DOPA's own reference figure, set at launch, not a market price. Some packs also include cards marked 限定發貨 (ship only), which can't be converted to points.

Every pull is a physical card held for you. Within 10 days you either request shipping or convert it to points at 100% of its listed value; after 10 days DOPA converts it for you. Both choices are final.

Shipping is priced by the total listed value of the cards in one request: 2,000pt under 1,000pt, 1,500pt from 1,000pt, 1,000pt from 3,000pt and free from 10,000pt. The shipping screen shows the final fee for your address before you confirm. A card listed at 800pt costs more to ship on its own than it converts for, so convert cards like that, and group the ones you keep into one request to reach a cheaper band.

After you request shipping, DOPA usually takes 1–2 weeks to prepare the order, then about 1–15 business days in transit, with a tracking number. Graded cards arrive exactly as shown; ungraded cards are hand-picked in Lightly Played or better condition, and sealed boxes stay sealed.

The recipient must be you: the name must match your ID, you must be 18 or over and the mobile number must be your own. You are the importer, so any duties and taxes are yours, and Taiwan deliveries need real-name customs clearance, such as EZ WAY, on a phone number registered to you. Report a damaged or wrong item within 7 days of delivery, with an unboxing video that starts from the sealed parcel.

Points never expire and carry no fees, but they can't be withdrawn, sold or turned into cash, and DOPA doesn't refund top-ups, even accidental ones. Points you buy and points from converted cards work exactly the same way.

DOPA is operated by sinsa Inc. under Japanese law, with Yokohama District Court for disputes. It is for adults only: 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, with no exception for a parent's consent.

Skip it if you want cash back, would top up only to unlock the reward, or can't commit to shipping or converting within 10 days. Pack results are random and any pull can be worth less than it cost, so never top up to chase a card.
