- How do Ycoins work on Yesim?
- Ycoins are Yesim's in-app wallet credits (100 Ycoins = €1 or $1). Paying for an eSIM by card earns 5% cashback in Ycoins, and booking travel partners (Trip.com, GetYourGuide, Discover Cars, Kiwitaxi) through Yesim earns 4% to 10% in Ycoins. Ycoins cannot be withdrawn as cash, and promotional Ycoins expire after 1 year.
- Can I get a refund to my card if I don't use my Yesim plan?
- Only if the plan has never been installed or activated and costs more than €10. Under Yesim's Terms of Service (section 7.4), any refund of €10 (or equivalent) or less is credited strictly in Ycoins inside the app.

For US residents only: you need to be 18 or older, with a physical US address (not a P.O. box) and a US home address on your Google account, and you must activate and mainly use Fi in the US, so a visit or a life based abroad doesn't qualify.
