Eligibility & requirements
- US consumer credit cards; approval isn't guaranteed. You need an address in the 50 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico or a US military location, to be 18 or over, and a valid SSN or ITIN.
- You aren't eligible if you've applied for a Capital One card two or more times in the last 30 days, or have a credit freeze or lock that stops Capital One reading your credit report.
- With no asset information, your monthly income must exceed your rent or mortgage by at least $425 ($215 for students). These rules come from Quicksilver's application terms; check the terms of the card you're offered.
- No welcome bonus if you've had a new cardmember bonus on the same card in the past 48 months; for Venture, a Venture X bonus counts too.

- Purchase APRs run from 18.74% to 29.24% variable. Late fees are up to $40, cash advances cost $5 or 5% (whichever is greater), and QuicksilverOne and SavorOne charge $39 a year, Venture $95.
